Arms Wide Open Registration
Arms Wide Open [AWO] now has a more comprehensive registration packet that we would like everyone
attending our events to complete online.    This applies to:

  • individuals with special needs  
  •      their siblings - (if attending Respite)
    •   

  • persons wanting to serve as AWO volunteers

    *** Please be advised that the following registration process may take several minutes to complete
    as the information we are requesting is detailed. However, you may never have to fill out a registration form for us again!

    The information you provide will be password protected and kept on file with CCM; so the next time
    you want to register for an event involving AWO [i.e. Respite, VBS, MAD Camp] all you have to do is
    log on, verify the info is still up-to-date and 'tada' you're registered.

    This process is taking place so that we can provide everyone with the best quality care. We understand
    that this change may seem invasive or uncomfortable for some. All questions/concerns should be directed
