Registration Information

August 22 - Online registration begins - CCM FAMILIES ONLY - through September 11
This will require a password to access and the password will be provided in the bulletin or by emailing Brad Wilson
September 12 - Online registration opens to the public
September 22 - Evaluation night for all players - 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
September 29 - Evaluation night for all players - 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
October 15 - Online registration closes unless large number
of openings remain
October 22 - Make up evaluations from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Each age group must have at least four full teams in order
for us to offer basketball this upcoming season for that certain
age group. Refunds will be given if a league fails to reach the
minumum number of teams.
We will no longer accept hard copy registrations, all registrations must take place using our online registration system.
The registration cost per child for basketball is $80.00
(max $200 per family).
The registration cost per child for cheerleading is $80.00
(max $200 per family).
Registration is not considered complete until payment has been
received. If you prefer not to use the PayPal
system offered in the on-line registration
process, you may mail a check to the church address (as listed above)
within 10 days of submitting the on-line
registration.
Checks should be made payable to "CCM" and
"Upward" should be listed on the memo line. Please mark
envelope to
the attention of Upward Basketball. Unpaid players
will be moved to the waiting list if applicable in their age group.
Basketball shorts and cheerleading mock turtlenecks are
included in the registration cost.
Evaluation Information
Registration is not considered complete until a uniform fitting
(cheerleading and basketball) and a skills
evaluation (basketball only) is on file.
All uniform fittings and skills evaluation sessions will be held
in the Christ's Church at Mason gym - please
use the church's side entrance at the red Upward
banner.
League Schedule
Practices begin - Week of November 7
Season begins - December 3
Team picture weekend - December 9 & 10
Last game weekend - February 3 & 4
Awards Night - TBA
