Impact

Local Impact

Our Difference Maker partners give us unique opportunities to serve others. When you step in to make an impact in someone else’s life, you may find that God is also working in you—changing your heart in ways you never expected.

Life Forward

Life Forward helps women and their families make life-affirming decisions through God’s love.  Through our participation in the “Change for Life” baby bottle drive and the “Strides for Hope” 5k run and walk, we can help support the many families that benefit from the variety of services offered by Life Forward.

The Bear Ministry
The Bear Ministry

The Bear Ministry makes cute, comfort bears from scratch, then sends them into the community where they are placed with those needing love and encouragement. The volunteer team gathers once a month to sew, stuff, and dress the bears which are then distributed to area hospitals, schools, and police departments where they then go to those that need them. Joshua's Place

Joshua’s Place helps families experiencing poverty overcome barriers to stability. Through programs like their Food Co-Op, Reading Recovery, and Whiz Kids tutoring, they provide practical resources, educational support, and personal development opportunities. The goal is to equip families and students with tools for long-term success while offering encouragement, prayer, and hope along the way. Christ’s Church hosts the Mason Food Co-Op every other Tuesday and the Reading Recovery in the summer.

Pause for Parents, Play for Kids

In 2024, we formed an exciting partnership with Pause for Parents, Play for Kids, a nonprofit ministry dedicated to supporting, connecting, and bringing joy to children with special needs and their families. This collaboration replaces our previous Parents’ Time Out events, combining Pause’s expertise with our space and volunteers to make an even greater impact. Stay tuned for opportunities to serve and get involved!

Matthew 25 Ministries

We partner with Matthew 25 Ministries to support disaster relief and emergency response efforts both nationally and internationally. During times of increased need, Christ’s Church members donate supplies directly to Matthew 25. In addition, a team from our church serves on the third Wednesday of each month from 9am–12pm, helping sort and organize donations at their facility.

Impacting Tomorrow

They operate a community Market and Boutique, distributing essential food, clothing, and services—serving over 500 households weekly across 14 counties in Greater Cincinnati. Rooted in the belief that lasting transformation begins at the grassroots level, they operate from the conviction that every person deserves dignity and the opportunity to thrive.

They exist to support families in tough times-helping offset bills, ease costs, and offer a hand up to get them back on their feet. Through their Boutique, guests can shop weekly for clothing and essentials at no cost. They have opened the first facility of its kind in the nation—combining a free-choice market, clothing boutique, medical and dental services, pediatric occupational therapy, and a Carry Her program under one roof.

Feast for Friends
Feast for Friends

Feast for Friends is our annual Thanksgiving outreach to families in our community. Our heart is to come alongside those who could use a little extra support during this season and provide a warm meal to share with their loved ones. Even if it lightens the load for just one day, we believe it can make a lasting difference.

Little Angels
Little Angels

Christ’s Church partners with local parents to provide Christmas gifts for children in need, offering them the opportunity to register for our “Little Angels Shoppe.” Church members donate new clothes and toys, giving parents the joy of personally selecting gifts to give their children.

Global Impact

We believe that taking the message of Jesus into the world is a central part of the church’s mission. Jesus says in Acts 1:8 – “You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Our global difference makers allow our church to serve in multiple ways, make different impacts in the world and take the redemptive message of Jesus to the people and places that need to hear it.

TCM International – Eastern Europe and Central Asia

TCM International (Taking Christ to Millions) develops Christian leaders for significant service through higher learning. TCM’s vision is that every nation will have effective leaders of disciple-making movements impacting their churches, cultures, and countries for Christ.

Their work includes bold rescue missions in Cambodia, holistic care for survivors, and empowering local communities and churches to stand against exploitation—ultimately aiming to “free hearts, lives, and communities from the evil of sex trafficking in Jesus’ name and in Jesus’ way”

New International – Ghana, West Africa

Joshua and Victoria Baah-Binney were born and raised in Ghana and have been in ministry for over 20 years. Together they are involved with church multiplication, leadership and counseling training, community development, and the Trokosi project (human rights advocacy for women). They are in the process of building a vocational school and a safe home to house more liberated Trokosi women and their children.

Operation Christmas Child - Worldwide

Operation Christmas Child’s (OCC) mission is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project of distributing shoeboxes, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good New of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations. Each year we pack hundreds of boxes for OCC and a team of Difference Makers travel to Boone, NC to help for a week at their processing facility.
